👉 Do I need to have my own Mailchimp or newsletter software account?

No, you don’t need to subscribe to or manage any email platforms. We handle the entire distribution infrastructure for you as part of our fully managed service. If you already have an existing subscriber list on another platform, we will securely migrate it during your onboarding setup.

👉 What do I need to provide you each month for the campaigns?

Simply send us your raw content—this can be bullet points, a rough draft, a link to a recent blog post, or a few product photos. Our team takes your raw inputs and turns them into beautifully structured, engaging and professional layout blocks within your template ready for your final approval before we press send.

👉 Where is my data stored and is it GDPR compliant?

Your security and privacy are our priorities. All subscriber databases and campaign assets are securely hosted on enterprise-grade AWS and our server infrastructure located strictly within the UK and EU. Your data never leaves regional jurisdictions, making it fully compliant with UK and European data sovereignty laws. Our server partner (Manchester, UK) is ISO 27001 certified & fully protected by 24/7 monitoring.

👉 Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Not at all. ClickAndSend operates on a flexible, flat-rate monthly subscription model. There are no sneaky long-term commitments or tie-ins. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your package at any time if your business needs change. As our services are billed monthly, cancellation provides us with approximately 30 days’ notice and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

  • Content Formatting & Polishing: You send us the raw text, images & ideas; we turn it into clean, engaging, reader-friendly email blocks within your template, including subject lines, snippet text and Call To Actions (CTAs). We will host your images for 1 year.
  • Full Delivery & Campaign Management: Using our in-house clickandsend emailing platform, hosted on secure ISO 27001 certified compliant servers and powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), we send your mailing at your chosen time, optimised for your subscriber list and for your specific industry.
  • Sending Frequency: We send your newsletters up to the number of sends a month you have subscribed to in our Starter, Growth & Active packages. Roll overs will not apply for unused sends.
  • Post-Campaign Analytics Report: A simple, jargon-free summary of your open rates, clicks and engagement after every send.
  • Subscriber List Management & Hygiene: Continuous handling of unsubscribes, bounces and new opt-ins to keep your deliverability high.

1. Master Template Development & Branding Alignment

We create a bespoke, custom master newsletter template built around your brand guidelines, corporate colours, typography, logos and social assets. We use Tried & Tested coding techniques to make your newsletter look great on iPhones, Androids, tablets and desktops. Due to the nature of email and the vast array of devices and platforms, we cannot guarantee that your email will be perfect on every device but we will try our very best. Please note we have no control over how forwarded emails render on the receiving device. Your template will contain compliance elements including Unsubscribe Link, Contact Details, Business details etc. plus Personalisation if appropriate.

2. Audience Import & Technical Data Hygiene

Whether your current customer lists are sitting in messy spreadsheets, legacy platforms, or old CSV exports, we securely migrate them. Our data hygiene process filters duplicates, cleans broken addresses and structures your target fields for campaign personalisation. Your list must be an opt-in list of your own subscribers. We cannot accept purchased lists, lists scraped online etc.

3. Domain Authentication & Essential Sender Security

Crucial for modern security and deliverability compliance. We work safely behind the scenes to configure your custom domain authentication records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) within our system. This protects your domain reputation and helps prevent your newsletters from slipping into spam filters. We supply the required information to your domain manager for addition to your dns system. We do this to improve delivery rates from newsletter@yourdomain.com.
